to the gym…or not
You know that you want to improve your health, and you want to get more exercise. Don’t go panicking over your spare time and going to the gym. You need to do what works for you, and hitting the gym five days a week definitely does not work for all for us. That doesn’t mean that you can’t still get your exercise. Talk a quick walk around the block on your lunch hour, or a quick jog in the morning after the kids get on the school bus. Fitting exercise into your daily life makes it more fun and less stressful. The whole point is to feel better and adding stress on yourself just makes it feel like a chore and sucks the enjoyment right out of it. Just 30 minutes a day of activity isn’t as hard as you might think, and you might already be doing it without realizing it. More is good, of course! But if you are hitting that 30 a day mark then you’re on the right track!
