I admit that I have quite a few HoMedics products in my home. A foot spa, alarm clock, and two of these little bug looking massager gizmos that I picked up when I was shopping for a decent scale. I bought two because it was small and I was worried the poor little thing would get broken or attacked by our dog or something crazy like that. But it’s a tough little thing and it works pretty good to relieve the tension. Easy to use, just push the on button on the top and massage. My 9 year old gave me a shoulder massage last night. Then he went and used it on his legs that were worn out and tired from baseball from practice! Great for a quick stress relief or sore “computer shoulder” and small enough to keep one at your desk.

  1. I have one of these and I love it! It’s easy to use and my six-year-old loves massaging my shoulders with it - which is great for me ;)

  2. [...] Today I head to the spa and I’m having a day for me. I’m going to take in the relaxing environment, soak in the spa music and let stress slip off of my shoulders. One of my favorite spa experiences is a massage, though today I’ll be getting a facial and a pedicure. [...]

Find the Time Mama

You love being a mom. It's one of the best things in the world and you'd never turn it in for any other life. Me too!

But, there's no need to strive to be Super Woman or to put on any fronts that's it's all a breeze. Fact of the matter is, being a mom, a spouse, the cook, cleaner, nurse, chauffeur, bookkeeper, event planner, organizer and [fill in the blank with your many duties here] is not always easy. All those roles and duties can really wear you out (even if you love doing them) and make you feel like there's no time left over to do the things you want to do.

Now is the time to get your Find the Time Mama guide and start making changes.
