Okay, so I was picking up some basic cleaning neccessities at the grocery store last week and I needed some stuff for the bathroom. We have some serious issues with hard water, soap scum, and scale, and gross mold occurrences when it comes to the bathroom. So there on the shelf was this new Soft Scrub, Deep Clean. Said it foamed and removed scum and mold. Okay, I’ll bite and try anything once. And I’ve always liked Soft Scrub in general, nothing gets a sink cleaner.

So, I spent quite a long time cleaning the bathroom the other day, and I of course had my camera handy to show you how it came out. I will admit that I am somewhat embarrassed by my before pictures, but they illustrate how well the product worked and I am not afraid to say “hey, I’m a screw up and my bathroom was gross!” So, without futher ado…
These are actual pictures of my actual shower. I spent two hours cleaning and scrubbing in there the other day. I scrubbed the grout, I scrubbed the tub (can we say ring around the bath tub?), and I even scrubbed the floor by hand to get all those dust bunnies that linger on the baseboards. I thought the tub and shower would take the longest to clean, but I think I actually spent more time on the floor trying to get the dust and stickyness off the baseboards and corners of the floor.

Aside from getting my shower clean, it left it smelling fresh. Not a “cleanser” smell, just fresh. Definitely a pleasant change from the usual bathroom foamy cleanser.
