checking out cooking spot

I love getting reader submissions and in my effort to learn to be a better cook one of the things I had to learn to do was use recipes. And I’m lousy at using a cookbook. Seriously, I know it’s a weird thing, but having a great big book in front of me can be daunting and a lot of recipe books are geared toward smaller families and converting to feed my crew can be a pain. Sometimes I just want to grab some free recipes off the internet, print them out and go to the kitchen. Cooking Spot has recipes in lots of categories and you can save your favorites to your virtual recipe box and come back for them later on. There’s even a special kids recipes category and that earns them bonus points in my book. A lot of recipes sites overlook the fact that kids like to eat and cook too!
