make your own bath salt at home
Did you know that you can make your own fancy relaxing spa salts at home easy as pie? And for a fraction of the cost that you would spend at your favorite bath and body store! The materials you need are actually minimal, easy to find at a supply store, and the added fun of making it yourself to pamper yourself with.
Here’s a good recipe to try out;
1 cup dead sea salt
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup epsom salts
3-5 drops of lavender oil
handful of lavender buds (nice to add if you have them, optional)
If you want to add a moisturizer you can add 2 or 3 tablespoons of liquid glycerin to the mix, but that’s also optional. I prefer to moisturize after I get a bath anyhow and don’t want to make the tub any slippier than usual.

Ok–me thinks me must be crazy! I was doing my linky earlier–and I swear this wasn’t your template–but it was literally 2 hours ago–so either I’m dumb–or you are REALLY quick! Either one–I really like this layout!!

I’ve got to try that one. That would be fun. I hope it’ll help relax my body from all those stress from work.
