making fried bologna sandwiches is an art!
As is all cooking! Of course. Now, I admit I suck at frying bologna. I do however make a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich. So, I am happy to introduce to my friend Jennifer. Like me she is what we call “learning to cook.” We’re growing into this whole cooking and keeping house thing, and I enjoy the fact that we both find simple foods comforting and enjoyable. And besides that we’re both pretty good at making a mess in the kitchen! That has to count for something right?
Over on Jenn’s blog Footprints on the Moon you will find a great variety of things from her cute furry kitties, to her adventures in the kitchen. Now because I am pretty darn lousy at this whole bologna frying thing I’d like instead to point you to her tutorial on how to make a fried bologna sandwich. She outlined everything perfectly and even shows you how the bologna should bubble up in the middle there.
I am unfortunately out of bologna before I could even fry it up for lunch. I’ll have to get another pack when I go to the store for more fruit tonight. Then I’ll fry some up for the munchkin heads for lunch tomorrow and share some pictures with you all. Jenn has some delicious looking pictures included in her tutorial.
So, have you got a fried bologna sandwich picture that you’d like to share? A special ingredient that you like to include in yours? Let’s see those sandwiches people! Don’t forget to link here and comment or toss me a trackback when you post your picture so I can find all the yummy bologna sandwiches

ROFL!! Bologna isn’t fit to eat unless it’s fried.

I’m actually trying to kick my processed foods habit. In this case though, pile on the mayo and cheese — might as well be the best bologna sandwich if you won’t be eating another one in a while.

Great Site!!! I too like fried bologna sandwiches, thick sliced with lettuce no cheese and Dukes mayo.
