I told you a contest was brewing right around the corner didn’t I?! I bet you thought I forgot didn’t you? No worries, the first few days of August have just been very interesting inside my head, and I’ve been battling off insomnia so things have become haywire. That and I was busy talking it over with our sponsor this month, Moms Indulgence, because there were just too many cool things to give away we had to narrow it down!
So, first off I’d like to tell you a little bit about our contest sponsor Moms Indulgence. It’s all about those little things that mom tends to forget to do for herself. I do it, you probably do it, I don’t think I’ve ever met a mom that doesn’t forget to reward herself and pamper herself once in awhile. We all need that friend tapping us on the shoulder telling us, “Hey, take a break! You deserve it!” Those magic words ~ you deserve it ~ are so releasing and empowering to us that we suddenly remember all the hard work, all the sweat, all the effort we put into everything and taking care of the people around us.
Mom’s Indulgence is the place to visit for homemade bath and body, candles, and makeup. We all really do need to pamper ourselves from time to time, but finding the extra money on a shoe string of a budget can be very difficult. All the products you will find there are top of the line quality, yet very affordable. There is no skimping on products just to keep the price down.
Now, onto the awesome prize. The prize we’re giving away this month is also the “monthly special” at The Scented Tub. So, if you just can’t wait until August 29th to find out if you’ve won hop over there a pick up some goodies for yourself today.

Onto the details of this little blogging contest. I’ll make it super duper easy for you. The theme is Pamper Me. All you’ve got to do is blog about the contest, link here, and talk about why, how, or what you do to pamper yourself. Or how often you forget to pamper yourself…. or something you did to help pamper a friend. You get the idea, you want to follow the pampering theme! Guys, feel free to enter and talk about pampering your significant other (or yourself….guys like to smell good too!) That’s it! Be sure to leave me a comment and/or trackback pointing me in the direction of your post so I know you’ve entered. I bet you’re wondering what the shipping restrictions are. The good news is there are none. The contest is open internationally, so blog away! Winner will be chosen via random drawing by a neutral party (read that: one of my boys) on August 29th. i take a hot bath when the kids go to bed and read a good book it helps me unwind from a stressful day
I often forget to pamper myself. I don’t even remember to put lotion on my feet or lip gloss on my lips until they are dry and hurting.
I really would like to have this prize, I work 6 (and sometimes 7) days per week…I’m a single mom, and I’d love to take some time for myself to indulge! It sounds WONDERFUL…
