talking about ticks again
I know we talked about this already, but it seems that the ticks are bad this year everywhere. I pulled TWO off of Dylan this week. He had on on his stomach, and just this evening he found one on his leg when he was getting in the shower. And he took major precautions today before he went to the park, he had on long pants and he sprayed all over with OFF and still ended up with a tick on his leg. Although it didn’t wriggle around when I yanked it out so maybe the OFF killed it even though it managed to latch on to him. I pulled one off the dog’s front leg just the other day too. It was not dead, which tells me it must be time for a new dose of Frontline for her. It’s just be crazy, and we’ve now seen three different types of ticks - lucky us.
From talking to other people online and here in my area, it seems we’re not the only ones facing this icky tick problem. They seem to be in abundance everywhere this year. I blame the weather -lol- just because.
It’s a shame a good colon cleanse won’t keep the ticks away! But, it will make you feel better and keep your insides healthy and functionable.

I HATE Ticks almost as much as fleas, mosquitoes and taxes. (and for much the same reason) I just took two of my dogs to the park and both came back with ticks! Apparently, their flea preparation isn’t getting rid of the little blood suckers. Anyoen know of any really good organic treatments?

I am afraid I wouldn’t know a tick if I saw one. We’ll be getting a dog soon so I had better find out if they’re in my area and what to look for.

The ticks are horrible here in Alabama, too! In fact, I’ve been meaning to do a post about it! Ugh, they’re awful!!
