It’s beginning to look a lot like Fall!!!
Don’t worry I haven’t been out and about on a Kissimmee vacation, just busy with beginning of the school year tasks. The first couple weeks of school are just as tiring for me as they are for the kids. You’d think that would mean that I could sleep like a normal person, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. And ugh, allergies kicking in on us, achoooooooooooo!
So back on track once again we are ready to take a look at some things to do this fall. Fall is by far my favorite season! I love the colors, the scents, the weather, everything about it! We’ve got a lot to do this weekend too. Noah will be turning 8 years old on Sunday, so there’s birthday cake to make and presents to buy! No clue what to get him honestly. He’s tough to shop for sometimes. So as usual we’ll probably just take him out shopping on Sunday and see what makes his eyes sparkle. Then that’s all for little boy birthdays in 2007! Whew. We’ll be back at it again in February when my baby turns 7! Yikes! I think I feel old. Seriously, I do. I’ll be 29 in December and I just find myself where time has slipped away to sometimes.
I think I’ll go dig up some new fall recipes and report back with something yummy to make for us later today.

I was just telling someone this morning that the air has changed outside. I was out walking and noticed that just over the last day or two (where I live at least), it just “feels like fall” now…. It actually makes me sad since I DREAD winter… so when the air changes, I know it’s the start of a long, cold series of months before spring again.
But on the upside, there are the holidays and skiing and, of course, hot chocolate!!!
