Notes from Girls
So we’re in the living room doing homework and talking about how the boy’s day was when I notice a piece of paper sticking out of Lucas’ pocket.
Me: You’re going to drop that, Lucas.
Lucas: Drop what?
Me: That paper in your pocket.
Lucas: What paper? (looks down) Oh that! (hurriedly stuffs paper in pocket)
Brian: It must be a note from a girl.
Lucas: Shutup!
Me: It’s not a homework note is it?
Lucas: No. See!
He showed me the folded up pink post it note. He unfolded it and shielded it with his hand so no one could see but me.
It WAS a note from a girl! There on the pink paper scratched out in pencil it said
I like you Lucas.
The k was backwards, it could have been the cover of a greeting card it was so cute. I’d scan it to show you but I think he’s carrying it around in his backpack now!
Have you told what a good flirt Lucas is?!? I should maybe be a little worried. Eek!
