a healthy lunch
So, I was looking in the fridge and thinking about tomorrow and what could I do ahead of time. Monday is always a hassle and a rush. On top of that tomorrow is the 1st of the month, which will make it a little busier than the usual Monday. I looked around the kitchen and realized I really didn’t get anything for my lunch this week while we were shopping. Ugh. I am on a mission to lose weight here, the last thing I need is to have a not so healthy lunch. The plan is to eat good and exercise an hour a day, every day for the month of October. I’m not using anything else, no aides, no diet patch, no diet pills or anything of the sort. Just me, myself and I. We’ll see how it goes. I am hoping there will be some leftovers after dinner. Although, I’m not sure if football chili qualifies as a healthy food.
I think I’m the only person in the world that could gain weight while they are sick with bronchitis. I feel like I’ve been sick forever, I can’t remember the last time food tasted good. I’m sure it was at least three weeks ago! I’m finally getting better so hopefully tomorrow’s workout doesn’t kick me on my butt too hard.
