Contest #3 ~ Salt and Pepper Shakers
Are these not the cutest thing for your holiday table? I was shopping around for some new holiday decorations for the hubby. He’s a Christmas crazy nut and he loves this kind of stuff. Me not so much for the Christmas stuff, but I do like salt and pepper shakers. They’re fun little table decor. Now don’t take that to mean I have a kitchen full of salt and pepper shakers either, I am so not a knick-knacky person. Why? Too much crap on the walls and what not means more dusting and I hate housework. Duh.

As usual we’re keeping it simple.
To get one entry simply leave a comment here on this post telling me what your favorite thing is about the winter season. It doesn’t have to have anything to do with holidays if you’re all grinchy like me -lol- That’s why I’m giving away these cute little snowmen, they are festive without overly smothering in their holiday joy.
To get two entries into the contest drawing it’s still easy can be. Simply leave a comment here telling us what you like. My favorite part of winter eh?
I love the fact that in Fla, there is no snow, it doesn’t get super cold, but crips cold enough to let you know that it is winter. You have an excuse to cuddle up with a blanket and drink cocoa.

Those are SOO adorable!! My favorite part about winter though this sounds really silly is the adorable hats babies wear.. I enjoy it even more now that I have my own baby to put into hats! LOL I also love the smell of a fire burning even though i dont have a fireplace I can walk outside and smell all the neighboors having fun!

OH I agree 100% baby hats are totally cute, with ears and big long streamer things, and stripes and jingley bells…. unfortunately my boys are all too old for cutesey hats now!

Oh, and as for winter, I’m not really sure that there’s anything I really like all that much about it! With the exception of the very first snow before anyone has had a chance to do any shoveling or driving or anything else to mess it up. It’s gorgeous but then after that, let’s move on to Spring!

My favorite thing about the winter season is seeing the snowfall and snuggling around the fireplace indoors.

Hah! Those are pretty cute, Loretta. Though for some reason they make me think of “A Christmas Story,” when the little kid gets his tongue frozen to the flag pole. Heh.

I love snowmen LOL I really do. For whatever reason, I am all about snowmen this year. I hate snow and winter and the whole show of Christmas. My favorite part of the season, though, are the Christmas lights. People can do amazing things with lights.

Those are so adorable. What I love about this season is I can have hot chocolate with marshmallows on top and enjoy the nippiness outside
