winter feet
Just because winter is coming and your toes are hiding in your shoes and not splashing around on the beach doesn’t mean you get to forget about them. Your feet carry you around all day, every day. They deserve to feel good, look good and be healthy. Take a few minutes a week and give yourself a nice peppermint foot soak, trim your toenails, maybe even put on some polish. Make sure you get the brush out and scrub around the edges of the nail to prevent any nail fungus infections. And if you do spy any toenail fungus during your weekly foot soak, go out and get a product like zeta clear and get it taken care of before it gets worse! The last thing you want is to be walking around next summer with a limp because you neglected your poor tootsies.
