Journey to the Sacred Garden

Written by Anthropologist Hank Wasserman, Ph.D., this book and CD takes you to a spiritual awakening that can be found in each of us. The Journey to the Sacred Garden guides us along a well-traveled path into this extraordinary experience and also includes a CD providing an effective, easy to learn technique for expanding your awareness.
This is a well-written, beautiful little book written in peaceful yet eloquent language. Great for meditation, no matter what level of meditation you are trying for. The set is both relaxing and instructive at the same time. The direction given seems to be highly sensible and realistic, no matter what your faith foundations are. Nothing in particular about the book is extreme in any direction, it’s fairly down to earth and reasonable.

That sounds like a great book! I’m always looking for new approaches to meditation/relaxation - especially ones that help to make it quick and easy, as it’s hard to fit in our busy lives!
