Happiness is Playing in the Rain
We didn’t let the sudden downpour ruin our day, heck no. We just kept on playing and having fun. However, the insane lightning and house shaking thunder did put an end to our fun and send us into the house to find other, more dry things to do. Of course my sister in law wasn’t too thrilled when she came to pick up the niece and was handed a handful of wet clothes and saw her daughter wearing anti-pink clothes. *giggle*

Very cute. I love the simple idea of enjoying one of life’s free pleasures. Makes me remember when life was a bit less complicated

Who needs a sprinkler, when you have a rain shower?
When my wife and I were dating in college, we walked across the campus one night in the rain. It remains one of my best memories of those times.

I’ve always loved the rain.
One afternoon when I was in high school my best friend and I actually got in trouble at lunch time there was a sudden downpour, and instead of running inside we ran outside to the courtyard and start dancing around.
On a date one night it was storming something wicked, and I asked my husband to pull over at the park. I jumped out of the car and ran off to play in the rain, he thought I was crazy at the time I think -lol-

We live on Lake Erie and get our fair share of surprise storms here. My son loves to play in them, and yes….lightening is the sign to get indoors.
