    What a great idea for a website! My favorite features are the tips & tricks and troubleshooting. My hubby (and tech man) often goes out of town and wouldn’t you know it the moment he does the laptop always starts acting up. Now I have a place to go when he’s gone without trying to troubleshoot through emails.

    What an invaluable website. I like that there is a gaming/media section. That is what I have questions about the most…like Iris Scanning.

    I liked the Q&A, especially how to extend the life of your laptop battery. That would’ve been useful in college! Now the thing has to stay plugged into the darn wall. But my mom is enjoying it.
